In each facility we have appointed a Care Manager and his team who will take care of you in case of need and activate specific procedures to handle any critical issues.
All our staff will wear masks and in all common areas we provide you with disinfectant gel dispensers.
Where necessary, such as in reception and the restaurant, we have put up screens or glass panes for your and our safety.
We also guarantee that you will respect the correct distance measures required by current legislation.
The mask is not mandatory, however we recommend wearing it when it creates crowds.
The outdoor areas, on the other hand, are large enough to allow you to stay safe even without a mask, always respecting the rules of physical distance.
Before arriving at the Hotel, we ask you to carry out a web check-in.
For safety reasons, your first day must begin with dinner.
Rooms and Cleaning
We have carefully studied the WHO (World Health Organization) and ISS (Istituto Superiore di Sanità) guidelines and adapted our cleaning standards, because we want to guarantee you a carefree holiday in a safe and hygienic environment.
We also treat our air conditioning systems in the same way.
Catering and bar
We want you to enjoy your holiday in complete freedom, and for this reason we have adapted the spaces in our restaurant rooms to ensure that you have the correct spacing as per current regulations.
The accesses will be staggered to allow an adequate number of people to be present in the room at the same time.
We have reserved a table for each family unit, which will be sanitised each time it is used and will be placed at the correct distance from the others, as indicated in the current regulations. The service will remain a buffet, but the food and drinks will be served to you with the assistance of our staff. You will also find our bar service active, as always.
Just remember to maintain the courtesy distances laid down in the existing protocol.
We have redesigned the positions in the pool to ensure that you and your family respect the safety distances laid down in the protocols.
The size of the pool and the ample green spaces in the pool area allow you to maintain the appropriate distance between people both in the water and on the sunbeds.
Swimming caps are compulsory in the water and sunbeds are limited, subject to availability, in accordance with Covid-19 protocols.
Events are important meeting moments, safety is always important.
The capacity of the halls is reduced to maintain a safe distance between people, the routes into and out of the halls and the conference area are differentiated, hand sanitiser will be available at the entrance to the halls.
The equipment and rooms are sanitised before each use, as is the equipment in use by speakers, with particular attention paid to the most frequently touched surfaces.
The conference area is ventilated as much as possible and the air handling systems are set to bring in air from outside.
