Safety procedures in the presence of Covid-19

In each hotel we have appointed a Care Managers who, together with the medical service, will take care of you in case of need by activating specific procedures to manage any critical issues.

All our staff will wear masks in accordance with current regulations and in all public areas we provide you with sanitizer gel dispensers.

Where necessary, such as in reception and the restaurant, we have put up screens for your and our safety. Inside the hotel we ask you to wear a mask in enclosed communal areas.

The outdoor areas, on the other hand, are large enough to allow you to stay safe even without a mask, always respecting the rules of physical distance.

Reception

Before arriving at the hotel, please remember to fill in the self-certification form that will be sent by email together with the web check-in link.

One self-certification per person is required. For safety reasons, your first day must begin with dinner.

If you leave early, the day before, you can request a packed lunch via the APP. Please note that it will not be possible to change your arrival lunch for your departure lunch.

Rooms and Cleaning

We have carefully studied the WHO and ISS (Italian National Institute of Health) guidelines and adapted our cleaning standards, because we want to guarantee you a worry-free holiday in a safe and hygienic environment.

Your room is sanitized and ventilated according to the protocols indicated by ISS. We also clean our air conditioning systems in the same way and do this at every guest change.

Restaurants and bars

We want you to enjoy your holiday in complete safety, so we have adapted the spaces in our restaurant to ensure the right distance as required by current regulations.

The accesses will be split to allow the simultaneous presence of an adequate number of people.

We have reserved a table for each family unit, which will be sanitized each time it is used and will be placed at the correct distance from the others. If you wish to have lunch on the beach, you can order cold dishes or sandwiches and pick them up at your nearest pick-up point. Our bar service is also available, as always. Just remember to maintain the courtesy distances laid down in the existing procedure.

Swimming pool

we have redesigned the pool spots to ensure the safety distances laid down in the protocols.

Our staff will welcome you at the entrance to the pool and take you to the station we have reserved for you and your family.

Beach services

We have redefined the distances between the umbrellas in full compliance with current guidelines.

You will be able to enjoy the sun and relax with more space available for you and your family with the peace of mind that sunbeds, deckchairs and umbrellas will be sanitized every day.

If you wish to hire nautical equipment you will be sure it is scrupulously sanitized each time it is used.

Wherever possible, as indicated by current regulations, we have created entry and exit routes from the beach for better management of spaces.

THwb

We care about your wellbeing and want to give you the chance to treat yourself safely. At our THWB centres, we offer beauty treatments and massages; all you have to do is remember to book them through our APP.

All operators will use the safety equipment outlined in the guidelines and all cabins will be sanitized and aired after each use. Finally, we would like to remind you that, for your safety, entrances to the SPAs will be limited and only the services in accordance with legislation in force during your stay.

Tours

If you wish to join the tours we organise, remember to wear a mask on board the used vehicles. Inside the vehicles, we guarantee that safety distances will be maintained, as the maximum capacity will be respected in accordance with current guidelines. At the end of their use, they will be sanitized with specific products by our staff.
